With clients of all sizes from around the UK and stretching as far as Australia and the USA, our ability to keep prices low and enable them to undercut competitors has enabled us to outperform our own and continue working with some of the biggest brands in the business.

We aim to provide an eco-friendly solution to what is a heavily electricity dependent manufacturing process whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service. We are leaders in high-volume, close-tolerance injection moulding of all sizes and custom parts, with the benefit of having a high production output rate, low labour costs and high quality and tolerance levels.

1 - 870 grams

Our plant, based in Lawford, Essex is expertly utilised to produce projects from 1 - 2 grams right up to 870 grams and get them shipped to you, wherever you are in the world.

30 - 270 tonnes

We have a wide range of injection moulding machines from 30 tonnes up to 270 tonnes. This enables us to offer a good variety of capacity options.

24 Hour Production

We are capable of running unattended 24 hour production, this means we are able to utilise the maximum production time that is available and complete customer orders quickly.

2 Weeks

With such stringent project timekeeping, our standard lead time now sits as low as just two weeks. It is our goal to complete all customer requirements within a month of placing an order.

Our in-depth knowledge with a vast selection of moulding polymers from basic off-the-shelf ABS and Nylon, through anti-static and UV additive applications, right up to glass filled components and very high temperature applications using polyethersulfone such as Veradel A301.
